Follow up - Alex 17/04/2024 

1-Creating new tile set

​a- getting new tile sets . - Only received 3 tile sets - Already integrated them - issues with heights issues with uploading data via GUI.

b- ​ getting new DTM . - received DTM for all 5 borrows.

​c- getting new DSM. - (file too big for the app to read)- affects the ability to process layers to new York multi - Yasmin will fix on Israeli side and tell Alex how to resolve.

​d- Integrating tile sets  into Chicago server​ - 

​ ​d1- cleanup - in progress.

​ ​d2- integrating with the new multi - in progress. ​ ​  ​​

2- DTDT

​a- Special files - 2 data sets- already told them we don't want them.

​b- Deeds & Mortgages - re review by Alex- 2 day's work​ (needs to happen by Monday).

​c- evaluate new data sets - needs 2 and half day's work for each data set (did not receive anything for eval to date). will happen on a later date.

3- Envelope (Waiting for us to set up the meeting- FYI make it clear for Alex)

​a- Coordinate a bi weekly meeting with envelope - needs to happen Alex sends an email today​.

​b- We have not received any data sets from envelope to date. 

4- Template Data

​a-(Creating a new template - well have to wait for the template to be ready - it cannot come in pieces but all at once otherwise it will be a mess, the big change will be in symbology, Data Formats, Automations for GUI, Data layers for other borrow,, BBL search for new borrows)  

​b- can happen by the end of next week - having the option to provide other borrows with data Layers.

5- QA

​a- There is a request for reviewing the work before the templates are released. - he is reviewing the app alone and it is time consuming.

6- Updating Old Apps

All Changes to symbology, fields exec cannot be automatically updated and will need manual work (couple of hours for all of the apps)

(will need to update our demo apps and First American).

7- Reviewing alternatives

Wants to evaluate alternatives new alternatives - not a priority
